This is my the final project for Realtime Visualization (ANIM145). In a team of 4, we spent all quarter working towards a final game environment, from Maya's low poly mesh to UnReal Engine 5's Sequence Renderer, imitating a realistic game production pipeline.
We were each asked to model and texture deco, furniture, and hero assets for a Renaissance art studio, as well as architectural assets. I was specifically tasked with the intact canvas and candleholder (deco), bookshelf and Savonarola chair (furniture), palette (hero), and wall and windows (architectural). I also created the foliage brushes for the sprawling papers and the flowers in the vase, from modeling all the way to nodes in UnReal Engine.
I utilized Maya for modeling, Substance Painter for textures, and UnReal Engine 5 for lighting and assembly.
At the end, I assembled a game environment with my team and I's assets, designed the lights, and rendered with the Engine's Sequence Renderer.
Through the project, I learned how to texture assets and stage an environment on UnReal Engine.
